Last weekend there was a dreadful storm that hit the country that took a lot of lives in Cagayan De Oro  and Iligan city region. It was a very saddening news. I did not expect it to be like that when I heard the news on tv the night Cebu City experienced heavy rains. I was on a tricycle when it was raining so bad when one lady had to say " What is happening? This is really worst!" But that wasn't the worst. It was nothing compared to what happened to CDO. Such a killer shoes! I want my first pair of JC shoes to be THIS! hahaha

I'm really ambitious and that inspires me. I am being ambitious but it's not giving me any negative impact. It gives me the inner urge to save up and work hard ( if i get a job soon and get my paycheck, I'm gonna buy shoes) I wanna do it every time I receive my pay check! YAY! So excited! I like this shoes just merely looking at it because I know it fits with anything. I love everything brown, and green and back and gray! Gosh! those are my line of colors. And most of my clothes are in those colors. One thing that has struck me the most is the DOG PRINTS! I love dogs a lot and this shoes would explain that. OH MY GOD! How I wish it doesn't get out of STOCK! PUUUHHLEAASE Someone give this to me now!!!! It's Christmas! I'm freakin' serious! hahahha

This year I was able to visit ALCOY BEACH RESORTS. I got a chance because it's one of our top picks or a-must-visit resorts here in Cebu. I had known about this through facebook already since my workmates upload pictures of their team buildings. So when my supervisor asked us if we wanted to have team building I did not hesitate to  mention ALCOY and I'm so glad we've finally decided and landed to one spot after discussing about which one to go. I'm so happy I got the chance to visit the beach. I fell in love with it even more the moment I got my feet on the sand. The place is so nice and neat and very relaxing. It may seem commercialize but it's really solemn there :)

And since I claim to be a photographer ( ehem! ehem! Self-claimed!!!) I managed to take some photos to show it to the world :)


You don't have to worry about getting there. There are available buses around to take you there. You will have to go to  CITILINK and take the bus with the Tag : ALCOY and you're all set since ALCOY is just along the road. haha


You can also shop at the public market first in case you haven't bought any food yet.

I'm trying on a loose shirt

I was asked by my mama to go out and do some errand. And while I was strolling around the after doing the said errand hahaha, I went to the department store and hurried to the girl's section. I am so surprised of the improvement of their display. Metro would sometimes just display the basic tees and pants but their time it has gone stylish also and as much as I'd want to shop this afternoon I couldn't because I am out of budget plus I am not working. So basically I will to spend whatever is on my wallet. Bwhahaha! I'm not really broke like that because I know I am not yet capable of spending too much. That's why I keep saying I got to find a job so that I can support my fashion cravings already. hahaha! SOON. This 2012 :)

So this is what  got. A tee that costs 99 PHP. OH C'mon! hahaha yes! Well basically it's just a tee slightly cut  on the sides to make it look like it's not a basic tee but atleast a stylish one. And then some shades of blue hue is also there. So, nindot na dayon. hahaha! The tee is from Shinjuku which I think has been a supplier of Metro Department store. 

It's a loose top. I'm trying it on. Hmm.. This is the first time I  bought myself a loose top. Geee.

I'm glad I didn't dispose my REVA shoes. I can see the significance why I bought it. I've been using it this days.

I'm not supposed to but anything but I insisted of buying. And the only change I had is 100PHP everything else is deposited in the bank. I am saving up all my last pay so that when I find something worth dying of not having, I'd immediately get the cash and buy it. hahaha!

Old Thailand Brand Top

This top is super detailed. I thought it's one of my grandma's creations but when I saw the tag it was from thailand. Amazing! I love it so I had to wear it :)

On the other hand, the wedge or the sandal is a chinese brand wedge. I couldn't read the label anymore but it caught my attention because of it's glittery style and the details are nice also. I love it. When I saw it I know I can just wear it on any occasion. Who cares if it's expensive or not. hahah The style and details are much more important to me :) It's also durable, you just have to handle it with care. Right? I mean no matter how expensive it is, if the footware is abused and not taken care of properly it will eventually break.  I am happy everytime I visit a thrifty shop because they never fail me :) and the wedge? It's not expensive at all.  :)

We're going out to attend a birthday party and it's somewhere in the forest. My uncle really built a house which he named " heaven" as the ambiance would actually dictate it. It's being surrounded with trees, green leaves, brown broken fences and dust. For my outfit, i came up with this. And i felt comfortable with it :)

We didn't have to bring a lot of food because everything has been well prepared. And since it's going to be a long travel we had to be prepared for hunger. Before heading to the city we bought some goodies from TITAYS ROSQUILLOS :)

I just love wearing any clothes that has shades of  "Anything brown and green and gray". It's comfortable and safe anywhere. May it be in a special event, downtown or in any destination.

 Today I did not fail to match up the colors in one outfit. I think?! hahaha

I am so glad about feeling comfortable with what I wear this days. I used to stick to one style which is simple jeans and shirt and flats. But now it has changed :) Well I have to thank LOOKBOOK and all it's fashion enthusiasts members for sharing their ideas. I discovered that we can wear anything, may it be branded or not stylish or not, it's all up to how you mix-match them. And I discovered how your footware matters a lot hahaha. Another thing to take not is that we shouldn't be insecure about anything we wear about who we are. Just be yourself,  just feel comfortable and also...remember, not to push yourself to wearing clothes you know you are not comfortable :) okay ladies and gents? hahaha

Yes!!! I've actually read somewhere that there's gonna be a forum about that but I wasn't paying attention to it. I just passed page by page and thought I wouldn't join the forum. To my surprise- I was able to register and listen to some of the speakers and really felt like I belong to the crowd. I am blogger and I am with my fellow bloggers. Finally went Downtown

I missed going out with my family and yesterday we drove down to the city to relax. My mama and mamane work so hard on weekdays so it so sensible if they go down to the city on weekends as a treat to themselves. And yesterday I've disregarded wearing pants already. I chose to everything vintage from shirts to shorts :) good thing I bought a belt that would help me fit everything I wear :)

I was bored in the house one day and the camera was smiling at me already. So I picked anything in the closet and came up with this.

Dance.

I haven't danced in any competitions more than 5 years already and it hurts. But thank God the radio stations play all the latest hits. So instead of sulking in the corner trying to think why and what happened why I am no longer dancing, I dance when I'm alone in the house! WHY NOT!

Dancing has always been a part of my life and not being to dance in front of the crowd doesn't stop that.

Dancing can divert my thoughts. It relieves my body from stress and negativity. I may not be a guru for a lot of dance steps, I know I can dance with the beat.

My family and I spent the entire day there. I couldn't remember the exact date. And this is a late post. It was I think a couple of months ago when my brother and the girlfriend came back here in the Philippines for a 4-day vacay. And going back to what I just said above, YES! You too can spend the whole day there. It's like a sanctuary. There's a fish pond which you can also fry once catched, a horseback riding offer also ( see above photo. ^__^), a ZIPLINE as well. There's also a restaurant and you may order a lot of seafood. Order all you want and fill your tummies :)

And since it's my first time to jam with a horse, I asked a manong to take a photo of me since it's a memorable one :)

The name of the white horse is AMANDA :) I miss her a lot.

Going to places like this gives me a natural high. I don't need cigar and alcohol to make my day extraordinary. Plus spending it with my family makes it even more extraordinary :)

SImple Jeans and Simple Sleeveless.

People dress up a lot. People play with accessories and no longer love plain jeans and sleeveless tops.

NOT. People still love it so much and I still do. It's one of the fastest outfit during rush hour periods. Admit it. Jeans will never be boring. It's just that it's more updated now. Before people pair/ polish the look with flats but currently, the best way to polish your outfit if you are wearing jeans and plain sleeveless tops is to pair it with high heeled shoes. I couldn't show a sample yet since the one I have right here is perfect for the one im projecting on the pic. tsss...

Look at me, I'm so thin. oh gosh! Please give me reason to love it. Yes!

OH YES! I have accepted the fact that I am really thin/petite/bones....ah name it!! There are clothes out there that can give you justice with your body feature. You just have to be extra critical and meticulous with it :D. Whatever your body type is, just love it baby and you're good to go and enjoy the every day of your life :)

Anywhere you go, whatever you wear, no matter how simple it is.... make it your own. Make a statement out of what you're wearing :)

Here Comes November!

When the month finally came, there were so many things that came to my mind. But to make it short, it only meant one thing. There's only one more month and year 2011 is over. It's not that I am in a hurry or something. It's just that, it's inevitable. :D

There are so many things on the list that needs to be done. So many movies to watch, so many people yet to meet, so many places to go, so many books yet to read. And I just hope I get to do some of them this month.

I am mostly staying in the house. I sometimes go out to get some fresh air but only with my family. We dine out and watch movies together. We do some groceries. We have a business to manage, my mama and mamane does it. ( thinking about it touches my heart. all their hardwork are slowly paying off now)

THE LAST NOTE BEFORE I MOVE ON.

I admit that I have been hella crazy. I am impulsive and young. I want to do things and finish them immediately. Because I felt this life would be such a  waste if I let things pass easily on me. The root of these feelings has been known and it has changed my life 360 degrees. There were things I’d like to do that I wasn’t allowed to. There were things I wanted to have but was never given to me easily.

I thought I’d never be envious about anything and for anything because I knew I have been provided with what I needed and chose what I want to keep. I thought it was as easy as that,  but at certain point I cannot just can’t deny it anymore, I felt it too. All along I thought I was strong but I am not. Little did I know that this is going to happen. I never thought that in exchange for not asking for anything in return would be THIS ( why would I be writing this in the first place, right?. Enough already since I've had the same event over and over again. And I kept on holding on but the rope is too loose to hold on because no one’s on the other end. I kept on praying to put things back and tighten the rope but all I got were the feelings of frustration and despair. I needed my people to help me move on. Yes I did. But I am being haunted with negativity. I missed those people who have been a part of my past even at present because that’s how I was as a friend. I just don’t let go of the person that has been so close to my heart. But oh well, we cannot tie our hands with them, glued on each other and not let them go if they wanted to. They have brains and desires also. I am just one of those people also who just love to find someone/somebody/a bunch of people perhaps whom I can call a bestest-friend(s), a buddy/buddies or any nickname you call it. Perhaps, I’ve labeled more than 10 persons already but they’re on their own ventures now. Some I still got in touch with, some am still able to reach out without any questions or with whom I am not ignored or what, some of them just forgot to look for my number and where they can reach me. But thanks to Facebook and other social networking sites, communication is inevitable at times haha. I mean for me, because I’d really buzz/ poke/chat with you if I see your name online. If there was one thing that I can ask for about this kinda mess that has happened already, that would be, not to forget me/don't ignore me. At least. Nothing feels horrible than being ignored. Well that is for me.

It hurts but that’s reality. People come and go. You cannot always ask them to keep in touch if they don't feel it. They just go. I sound like referring to one person, do I? But I am not. But, You, might be just one of those people that I am referring to since you've reach this far. This note is too long haha.  I believe we can still remain as friends...

Because,

Even though we change and we’re all finding our own place in the world, we all know that when tears fall or the smile spreads across our faces, we’ll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world takes us, nothing will ever change so much to the point where we’re not still friends.

Ah! Promises between us guys have not changed. I am still here. I am still your friend. We are best of friends and we are bound to be in each other’s hearts. A very touching korean drama

Pure Love a.k.a 49 days

I love this Korean drama so much. I've cried and soaked my tshirts watching this korean drama on Primetime on ABS-CBN. I may not be so knowledgeable of what it's really about but all I can say is that I think Shin Ji Hyun and I have quite the same attitude. I can really see myself in her. Happy go lucky, friendly and joyful. It's just that she has everything when it comes to wealth, friends and loved ones. Her 49 days as a soul traveler taught me a lesson I needn't really say because if I put it in words, I'd be the worst dramatic person with emotional instability already. haaaayyy.

this man!!! Jung Il Woo, I really have a great feeling that he used to be an ullzzang :) he looooooks sooooo fine and handsome to me :)

Anyways...I'm pretty much preoccupied these days which is really good. I am helping out my mama and mamane on their business and I am enjoying every day I spend at the shop. Finally my mama and mamane are working on their dream. I will continue to wish them all the best in life, good health and wise attitude. I love them both :)

I also got my LAST PAY today. I did not expect the amount I just received. I immediately deposited the money on my account since I do not want to spend on anything yet. I have lots in my mind but i am controlling my impulsiveness because I want to save up. Who knows, maybe this coming December I'll get what I've longed to have. OKAAY. I CAN WAIT :)

Lazy Monday

Staying in the house like bum. Studies my notes and at 6 pm sharp, my brain is once again loaded with a lot of ideas. I started up thinking about posing for the cam again. I'm gonna be wearing an ordinary sando, ordinary khaki shorts, Mario D'Boro sandal and an ordinary stripe polo which I got from my mama's closet.

Looks like I'm heading to the office and do some paper works. I wish it's more polished and nice. But I love looking how plain it is. But somehow it matched.

I Cannot Copy and Save My Photos in the CD

I am extremely frustrated already because I think the computer's about to crush already from too much pictures on it. Pictures I took and dumped then on folders. The computer's running slow I think. And it is actually. So I was thinking, maybe there's a need for me to buy an external hard drive already. but omeggash! Okaaii it's really expensive. I cannot just buy a cheap one and figure out it's not going to last anyway. NO! I must buy a reliable external drive. GOSH! I can really see myself ranting now because I am mad. Sorry guys.

IDEAS!
Yes I have a few here. Take time to read eh? haha

1. I was thinking for three days straight already, I think, of making a dress/ designing a dress out of a newspaper. NICE IDEA? 
2. I am curious about studying DESIGN on my own. IS THAT POSSIBLE??
3. nothing. staying focus on my review.

tsssshh! I am breaking my imagination right at this very moment. I need to prepare for an exam. I think it would be better to list my plans and review it again after a month or two.

the list consists of

-Studying DESIGN

-Studying PHOTOGRAPHY

(for this...I believe there are books available to learn the basic...I need basic ideas...)

-Apply for a job. So that when I get the money I could save up for a camera and buy myself a NIKON CAMERA....DREAM!!!

-Learn how to drive. I guess I need to process my temporary the day after I take the examinations

---and a lot more... the list goes on everyday. Because that's what I do each day, THINK of some things to do.

but for now. I'm sleepy...I'm gonna sleep now..

Piso Piso Piso Equals Three Pesos

Went to  Gaisano-Capital-Danao to shop for our tindahan. Total price was P3,000 plus. Yes, we have a sari sari store that my mama dear put up for extra income. My mom is a great Businesswoman. One of the great businesswomen I know and I give my total support for it. She's my idol also. 

So there, we went to Gaisano to shop. After paying the total amount a packer approached me and told me to go with him and claim a something at the Customer Service Center. I was like " Oh! Okay..." So I went and made 5 spins. I was first given with a Lucky-Me-Noodle chicken flavor. hahaha, dandaraaan...then I was asked to pick a rolled paper thrice. To my surprise, I saw  1 Purefoods DRESSED CHICKEN, another 1 Purefoods DRESS CHICKEN and 2 LUCKY ME BEEF FLAVOR NOODLES. And I only had to pay 1 peso for each item. OKAY DIBA??! hahah Where in the world will you be able to get a dressed chicken for only 1 peso. I felt lucky ha. :)

and today is a great day. I got to attend a Durano Reunion. A mini reunion with some of my this-is-the-first-time-i-met-you auntie/lola/uncles :) SO FUN. Love how we just all collide despite the age gap :) 

LUCKY and HAPPY= so BLESSED. THANKS PAPA GOD :) Tomorrow I will visit your place with my family :)

 Steve Jobs. The Man Behind Apple is truly a genius. He has changed people's lives over the years of his existence. 

I am left hanging in a thought that I just knew about him only recently or that was a week before his death while I was looking out for some videos in youtube. So it's really saddening news to hear that he passed already. Gosh! It must be so hard for all his followers. But from what I have read, anyone who was with him was never disappointed. They were all thankful because Mr. Jobs is a great mentor. I used to experience having a mentor when I worked in a call center company, so I am now imagining, WHAT IF? WHAT IF I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH HIM? WHAT IF HE WAS MY MENTOR ALSO? ONE THING HERE: THAT'S A BIG THING. VERY BIG THING!!!!!! 

I now have  a photo of him posted i had from a newspaper together with an article. And I want to keep it. I want to buy his biography book because I believe someone is trying to make a book about him now. Naah! I know it will cost a lot, but I am so inspired right now. He made me realize that to gain something, it takes hardwork, focus and love :)

I believe I have both.

Ever since I lived I knew dreams were already poured on me and that my parents had wished for me already. Some of them they share, most of them kept inside them. I'm ambitious and a dreamer. I dream of making great things out of little things.

This blog may have been written with a lot of rants but seriously I just wanna be heard an understood. hahahah!

I just love expressing everything in words may it be in  a form of a blog, song, poem or whatnot.

I dream of practicing my profession someday ( I'm a nurse) but I haven't been able to get my license yet, that;s why I am struggling these days.

I can really say how lucky celebrities are because they have a very firm support and budget if they do want to do something. Since I am not a celebrity, I wish I can find a job, get paid, have the budget then to  START DOING THINGS EXACTLY THE WAY I WANT.

OH AS A LIFE ADVOCATE I REALLY WANT TO:

be a part of a foundation ( for children, pets)

 I dream of making an organization to protect youth, animals and people from harm. I dream of being heard because I have a lot to say to what's going in this world. I may have not been given the strong source of publicity but through this blog, somehow, with little or less readers than others do, I can contribute to change. I couldn't focus on it yet because I am still struggling for something very big. 

 I wish I could help the advertisers reach out to a lot of people especially on great finds, great organization, volunteers and all the good things in life.

1st Ever Cebu Korea Day

WHOAH!!!

The event made me breathless! From shouting to howling to shouting again, there's nothing else I can do but shout my heart out. I just love KPOP that I can forget the whole crowd behind me. Just as long as I am facing the stage watching all the cover groups and aspiring KPOP stars perfom, OMG. SPEECHLESS. I simply don't care about the people pass me anymore. So that kept me wondering, how will I be when the moment arise and that I'd see the real KPOP IDOLS performing on the glittery stage and face to face? hahahha I DON'T KNOW. I don't know for sure! 

So there, the 1st part of the 1st Cebu Korea Day happend already yesterday, September 30, 2011 at the Ayala Terraces headed and funded by Cebu Korean Association, Inc. There were numerous grand finalist who left the audience at awe after each perfomances. Heres the complete list:

I can really see a bright tomorrow for Cebu Korea Day! I admire those people who gave importance to KPOP here in Cebu. And special thanks to all the Big Bosses who planned and headed Cebu Korea Day!!! :)

I can feel no regret that I fell in love with Korean Pop!
