I officially became an employee February 20th. LOL!
It takes a lot of hardwork to get a job. I never thought it would be that hard.
HARD because I wasn't so sure of what I was doing at the time. And at first everything was just for fun actually.
I remembered the first week of training, faaaayn. THIS IS JUST FOR FUN but when exams came in, it totally changed. I got challenged. Too often I felt discourage coz I was not really that focused at all. I had a lot in mind. But it came to the point where I realized, I WAS GETTING SERIOUS of what I got into. My social life changed. I was no longer going out with my friends and my sleeping pattern changed a lot. But i was able to adopt and adjust because I already got used to it.
THE CHALLENGE: LEARNING NEW THINGS AND REMEMBERING WHY I APPLIED.
I wanna experience what it's like to be an Agent. LOL!!!! DI XA LALIM!!!! But I enjoy every shift, every after call moments hahahahaha! MAKALILISANG LANG MOST OF THE TIME! hahahaha! MAKALILISANG JUUUUUUD! hahahaha!
I am happy with what I am into now, this is totally different. But thanks sa among training, trainer nga si Ms. Angie. Among mentor nga si Ms. Aprilyn. AHHH! THE BEST!!!!!
