Last weekend there was a dreadful storm that hit the country that took a lot of lives in Cagayan De Oro  and Iligan city region. It was a very saddening news. I did not expect it to be like that when I heard the news on tv the night Cebu City experienced heavy rains. I was on a tricycle when it was raining so bad when one lady had to say " What is happening? This is really worst!" But that wasn't the worst. It was nothing compared to what happened to CDO.
