Dance.

I haven't danced in any competitions more than 5 years already and it hurts. But thank God the radio stations play all the latest hits. So instead of sulking in the corner trying to think why and what happened why I am no longer dancing, I dance when I'm alone in the house! WHY NOT!

Dancing has always been a part of my life and not being to dance in front of the crowd doesn't stop that.

Dancing can divert my thoughts. It relieves my body from stress and negativity. I may not be a guru for a lot of dance steps, I know I can dance with the beat.

AH~ I miss the life on stage
